Thanks so much for joining our pack for Popcorn Sales! Popcorn sales are our pack’s biggest fundraiser of the year, helping to fund many of the activities that our scouts look forward to all year including Camping, Pinewood Derby, Blue & Gold and many more. There are several ways your scout can participate in Popcorn Season:
Storefront and Wagon sales allow your scout to work on their salesmanship. We will only have Wagon Sale inventory available for your scout, if you tell your Den Leader, before the due date. Each scout will be given a predetermined selection of inventory.
Storefront Sales are an easy and fun way for your scout to participate in our pack’s popcorn sales. A scout and his parent sign-up for a two-hour shift at a local business that has agreed to host our pack’s popcorn table. There are 2 slots available during each shift. Due to BSA’s two-deep leadership rule, a parent must accompany their scout during their shift. If for some reason you can’t make a shift you’ve signed up for, please contact Clint Hays as soon as possible at (210) 882-6490 so we can offer that spot to another scout. Other guidelines are on our website’s popcorn page, click here.
You can reserve your spot for upcoming Storefront Sales through the Trail's End App. The sign-up is first-come, first-served so if you need a particular weekend be sure and make your selections early. We highly encourage every scout to participate in at least one storefront sale shift and look forward to working with you to make this our best sales season yet!
On our website you will find details for the following items:
Key Dates, points of contact, sales goals and prize structure, the product line-up, show and sell locations and guidelines.

Jeffrey Hunt
